Welcome to episode 7 of Against the Clock, on today’s episode we talk with Shane Cline, President of the IBRA. We talked a lot about how he got into horses, the IBRA, the growth that he has seen in it, possibilities for the 2020 season, and more. I thoroughly enjoyed this talk, learning more about the IBRA and it’s goals. What I really took from it is that this is an association that is determined to help grow the sport of barrel racing far into the future.
